2012 年 12 月： Achieved top sales performance again, receiving the “Outstanding Distributor” honor from Xi’an Taifu Simo Motor Co., Ltd.

1955 年 10 月 State-owned 西安电机厂 was established.

1962 年 8 月 Xi’an Zhongxing Motor Factory (Public-Private Joint Venture) was founded.

1965 年 3 月 DC motor workshop from Dalian Motor Factory was relocated in.

1966 年 9 月 The public-private Xi’an Zhongxing Motor Factory was renamed Local State-Owned Xi’an Zhongxing Motor Factory, 又称 西安电机厂.

1993 年 10 月 Xi’an Motor General Factory Electromechanical Sales Department was established.

1996 年 12 月： Xi’an Motor Factory took over the bankrupt former Xi’an Dongfang Motor Factory.

1999 年 9 月： Xi’an Motor Factory took over the bankrupt former Xi’an Motor Factory Third Branch.

2004 年 1 月 西安电机厂 重组为 西安西摩汽车（集团）有限责任公司.

2004 年 4 月： Xi’an Motor General Factory Electromechanical Sales Department 重组为 西安西摩汽车销售有限公司.

2006 年 7 月： 西安西摩汽车（集团）有限责任公司. relocated entirely from Hujia Mian Shizi to No. 159, Mingguang Road.

2009: Through share transfer, 西安西摩汽车（集团）有限责任公司. was renamed 西安泰富西摩汽车有限公司.

2011 年 12 月： Xi’an Motor General Factory Electromechanical Sales Department ranked top in sales performance and was awarded “Outstanding Distributor” 由西安泰富西摩汽车有限公司提供。.
