Procurement Process Guide

To make the purchasing process smoother for both new and existing customers, we have prepared the following detailed procurement guide.

I. Motor Procurement Process

1. Stock Purchase
For high-demand, widely used low-voltage AC motors and most high-efficiency energy-saving motors, we maintain sufficient inventory. Customers only need to confirm the model and quantity, sign a purchase contract, and make payment. Delivery will then be arranged promptly and conveniently.

2. Customized Orders
High-voltage motors, high-power motors, and special model motors require production according to orders. The process is as follows:

  1. Customer confirms motor parameters and technical requirements.
  2. Sign the order contract and pay 30% advance payment; the contract takes effect.
  3. Factory arranges production and conducts factory tests as per the contract.
  4. After passing inspection, the customer pays the remaining 70%, and the factory arranges delivery.

II. Motor Accessories Procurement Process

1. Standard Accessories
We maintain a rich inventory of standard accessories for our motors, including:

  • Carbon brushes, brush holders
  • Slip rings, commutators
  • End covers/flanges
  • Fans, insulators, fan covers

Customers can receive fast delivery after signing a contract and making payment, ensuring quick replacement and maintenance.

2. Special/Customized Accessories
For non-standard components such as shafts, stators, or custom iron fans, production is based on order. The process is as follows:

  1. Customer confirms accessory parameters and technical requirements.
  2. Sign an accessory order contract and pay 30% advance, which activates the contract.
  3. Factory arranges production and качество inspection.
  4. After passing inspection, the customer pays the remaining 70%, and the factory arranges delivery.
