I. Confirm Whether the Motor Can Be Repaired

Although we have extensive repair capabilities, not all motors fall within our service scope. Our primary focus is industrial motors and does not include household appliances, small high-speed motors, or high-precision motors.
Before sending a motor for inspection or repair, customers must contact our technical staff to confirm service eligibility.

II. Determine Whether the Motor Needs Factory Return Repair

1. No Factory Return – Only Parts Replacement
If remote diagnosis by our technical team shows that the motor fault can be resolved by replacing parts, customers may purchase the corresponding parts and replace them themselves.

2. Factory Return Required
Motors that are severely damaged or require disassembly, reassembly, and dynamic balance testing must be returned to the factory.

III. Confirm Repair Plan

Fault Diagnosis
For motors requiring factory repair, our technical staff will conduct a preliminary diagnosis based on the information provided by the customer.

  • Initial diagnosis is for reference only and does not constitute a final quotation or commitment.

Repair Quotation and Contract

  • Repair fees are based on the motor inspection report, including fault analysis, parts replacement, labor, electricity, and equipment usage fees.
  • Upon customer approval, a repair contract can be signed and repair arranged.
  • If the customer does not accept the repair plan, only the motor inspection fee is payable.

IV. After-Repair Service

All factory-repaired motors are serviced to new motor standards, with one-year warranty and full after-sales coverage.

  • Technical staff are not authorized to provide a quotation before issuing the motor inspection report.
